The Boardroom is available to rent for meetings, workshops, conferences, training sessions, seminars or small receptions for our tenants and the general public. The boardroom table can seat up to 26, and the room can easily be reconfigured to a classroom or small working group setup. It can also accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre style setting (outside chair rental required – 28 chairs included).

The bright north facing 400-square-foot space boasts a barnboard feature wall with a 75” Smart TV, HDMI plug-in and Chromecast capability, internet as well as a 360-degree camera, microphone and speaker device that integrates seamlessly with conference platforms (Zoom, Teams, Slack and more), making it easy to host hybrid and remote meetings/presentations.

Located in 391 First Street, The Boardroom is accessible by elevator, with ample on-site parking. A large whiteboard and access to a kitchenette are also included in the rental fee.
