Rental fees are due and payable in advance on the first day of each month during the term. Fees include the use of the agreed upon office space and common kitchenette areas, 24-hour building access, parking, business mailing address and mailbox and bi-weekly cleaning services.   

The use of the boardroom for clients is available for a discounted fee. 

WiFi or telephone landline equipment, installation and fees must be arranged and paid for by the client.

New clients are required to pay a security deposit, equivalent of one month’s fee upon signing.

Security cameras monitor the front and rear building entrances to 391 and 393 First Street, as well as the south end of the rear parking lot.

The doors for 391 and 393 First Street are open Monday-Friday from 7:30 am – 6 pm. All clients will receive access key fobs for entry during after hours.
